STAKE CASH BACK TERMS AND CONDITIONS PLEASE READ THESE CASH BACK TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE CASH BACK TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE, INCLUDING STAKE’S PRIVACY POLICY.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND OVERVIEW
The Stake Cash Back Program (the “Cash Back Program”) is offered at the sole discretion
of Stake Network Inc. (“Stake” or “we”) to Stake members who become part of the Stake
Return on Rent Loyalty Program, establish a bank account associated therewith at Blue
Ridge Bank, N.A. (the “Bank”; and such bank account, the “Account”), receive a Stake
prepaid card to access the Account (“Stake Card”) and agree upon enrollment in the Stake
Return on Rent Loyalty Program Stake to have your Stake Card enrolled in the Cash Back
Program by agreeing to these Cash Back Terms and Conditions, as may be amended by
Stake from time to time in our sole discretion (collectively these “Cash Back Terms”).  
There is no cost for such a member (“you” or “your”) to participate in the Cash Back
Program.  We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion whether a particular
Stake Card is eligible to participate in the Cash Back Program.  Your participation in the
Cash Back Program is subject to all present and future Stake terms and conditions,
including these Cash Back Terms. These Cash Back Terms do not alter in any way the
terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us, including any agreement
for products or services. ‍

2. HOW TO EARN CASH BACK
2.1 After we enroll your Stake Card in the Cash Back Program, you will earn rewards in
the form of a rebate (“Cash Back”) on eligible purchases of goods or services made by you
or your authorized user using your Stake Card (which, for the avoidance of doubt, has not
been lost or stolen) for personal, family or household purposes posted to the Account
(“Purchases”). Cash Back earned for a Purchase is calculated by multiplying the amount of
a Purchase by the applicable percentage, which shall be 1%.  Notwithstanding the
foregoing, Stake may from time to time make available in its sole discretion promotional
Cash Back using a higher applicable percentage for a period of time to be determined by
Stake in its sole discretion.

2.2 When calculating the Cash Back earned on Purchases, we will round Cash Back up
or down to the nearest penny.  We will round up fractions of 1 cent that are ½ a cent —
$0.005 — or higher; any amount below ½ a cent will be rounded down.  Stake is not
responsible for any delays, failure to deliver or miscalculations of Cash Back amounts.

3. ADJUSTMENTS TO PURCHASES MADE TOWARD CASH BACK
Any returns, credits or chargebacks related to Purchases will result in a reduction to your
total Cash Back balance, may result in a negative Cash Back balance and will entitle Stake
to recover the negative Cash Back Balance as described below.

4. REDEEMING YOUR CASH BACK
4.1 Cash Back amounts will be automatically credited to the Account after each
Purchase, subject to standard time periods for such credits to settle to the Account.  You
hereby authorize us to act as your agent to convey instructions to the Bank for crediting the
Cash Back earned to be credited hereunder.  Your account must be open in order to redeem
your Cash Back.  Stake may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for
any reason to otherwise fulfil the Cash Back credit. Stake is not responsible and/or liable if
any email, reward, referrals, or promotional offer related materials or correspondence are
lost, stolen, incomplete, delayed, altered, or misdirected, or if any participant’s Stake Card,
email address or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without
participant giving prior written notice to Stake. Stake reserves the right to review any
account or transaction related to the Cash Back Program, in its sole discretion, without
notice, and delay completion of the associated Cash Back amount.  Cash Back is not
transferrable.  Cash Back can only be redeemed as provided herein.  All redemptions are
final.

4.2 Cash Back earned but not yet redeemed on the Account has no cash value until
redeemed. Upon closure of the Account either by you or us, any Cash Back that you have
earned but that has not yet been redeemed shall be automatically forfeited.

4.3 If, upon closure of the Account by you or us, you have a negative Cash Back balance,
you hereby authorize us to act as your agent to convey instructions to the Bank for debiting
an amount equal to the negative Cash Back balance.

4.4 Upon the beginning of any proceedings by or against you under any bankruptcy or
insolvency law, Cash Back cannot be redeemed.

5. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROGRAM
5.1 You will not lose your Cash Back if the Stake Card used to earn the rewards is lost,
stolen or damaged and you receive a replacement Stake Card, even if such replacement card
has a different card number.

5.2 We reserve the right to alter, change and/or terminate, at any time and for any reason,
these Cash Back Terms and/or the Cash Back Program, which may result in the cancellation of
unredeemed Cash Back, upon written (including electronic) notice to you. In addition, we
reserve the right to immediately disqualify you from the Cash Back Program if you have
violated these Cash Back Terms or if you have, in our determination, misused the Cash Back
Program. Violation of these Cash Back Terms or misuse of the Cash Back Program may result
in forfeiture of unredeemed Cash Back.

5.3 You are responsible for determining any tax liability for Cash Back. The Cash Back
Program is void where prohibited by federal, state or local laws.
5.4 If you have any questions about the Cash Back Program or if you choose to dispute any
aspect of the Cash Back Program, you must notify us at hello@stake.rent.

6. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS
6.1 We may waive any obligation you have under these Cash Back Terms  without losing our
right at a later time to enforce that same obligation.
6.2 We will not lose any of our rights under these Cash Back Terms if we delay taking action
for any reason. If we take any action not specified in these Cash Back Terms, we will not lose
any rights hereunder.

6.3 Stake does not provide, endorse or guarantee any third-party product, service,
information or recommendation. The third party/parties from which Purchases are made are not
affiliated with Stake and are solely responsible for their products and services.

6.4 You hereby release and hold us harmless from any third-party claim, liability or damage
you experience relating to the Cash Back Program.

All information collected about you in connection with the Cash Back Program is subject to
