Purchases made while a card is disconnected won’t earn. Stake lets you know if a connection drops so you can reconnect it. Card-linked offers are enabled through third-party services, not by Midland States Bank.
The most common reasons are a card that isn’t connected, a brand that isn’t participating, a purchase that doesn’t qualify under that brand’s current offer, or Neighborhood Cash that isn’t unlocked yet. Reach out to member support and we’ll get it sorted.
